Entries are open to any amateur Father and Daughter team who are both members at any public, private, semi-private, municipal or non-real estate MGA member course/club. Entries will be on a first come, first served basis.

Division Overview

The Forward Division daughters will play from the GREEN/RED tees (approx. 5,000 yds.), the Championship Division daughters will play from the WHITE tees (approx. 5,800 yds.) and the fathers, regardless of division will play from the BLUE tees (approx. 6,300 yds.).

About the Father & Daughter

Open to any father and daughter team who are both members at an MGA Member Club. (The WGAM hosts the counterpart event every year - the Mother and Daughter Championship.) Competitors may select to compete in either the Championship Divison or Forward Division. The event features 18 holes at foursomes stroke play (selected drive - alternate shot).

2016 Championship Highlights

In the Championship Division, Chris Harney (Paul Harney GC) and Maxine Harney (Ferncroft CC) bested a heat index that saw temperatures exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit and shot a 4-over par 76 to win the Championship Division at the 34th Massachusetts Father & Daughter Championship, held at The Haven Country Club.
