Honoring the best senior player in the state, this event is open to all amateur players who are 55 years of age or older. A competitive handicap index is established each year as competitors vie for this special title over a two-day period. To date, John Nies, Jr. stands as the only individual who holds both a Junior (1947) and Senior (1994) title.
The Milton-Hoosic Club and Acoaxet Club qualifying sites have been filled. The only remaining qualifying site is Veterans Memorial GC. Please use the registration link to the right to reserve a spot at that site. If you would like to be placed on a wait list for The Milton-Hoosic Club or Acoaxet Club, please contact Jesse Menachem at jmenachem@mgalinks.org.
Entries are open to amateur golfers who hold membership in an MGA member club, who have reached their 55th birthday by September 13, 2010 and have an up-to-date MGA/USGA GHIN Handicap Index not exceeding 6.0 (as determined by the July 15, 2010 Handicap Revision) or have completed their handicap certification as defined on the Entry Form.
Sectional Qualifying field will be determined based on lowest handicap index.
